In addition to the tasty recipes and information provided
here we are also going to add a daily health tip. These are little things you can do each day
to improve your health. Too often we try
to change a lot of things at once (think New Year’s Resolutions) only to have
it all come crashing down several weeks later.
Look at it this way, if you made even a 1% change in your health a week
for a whole year how much healthier would you be in a year? That small stuff adds up. So with no further ado the first “Daily
