Avocados are one of the healthiest foods you can
eat. They provide many vitamins and
minerals as well as healthy fats and other nutrients. They also happen to taste great and are a
very versatile food. I’m going to be
posting a 3 day mini-series of avocado based recipes. Today’s recipe is guacamole. You can dip veggies in it, spread it on
things or just eat it like it is.
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
Dash of cumin
In a bowl, mash avocados with a fork until mixture is
mostly smooth. Add all other ingredients
and continue to mix with a fork until well blended. Enjoy!
